There are temporary changes in our regular staffing, procedures and processes in response to the Governor of the State of California’s Proclamation of a State of Emergency to exist in California as a result of the threat of COVID-19 issued on March 4, 2020, the Governor’s Executive Order N-25-20 issued on March 12, 2020 to assist in preventing and mitigating the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Shelter in Place Order issued on March 16, 2020 by Alameda County’s Health Officer and other COVID-19 related orders and directives.
