CUPA Review Request

Please note the following before requesting a public records review from the Alameda County Department of Environmental Health (ACDEH) Certified Unified Program Agency (CUPA).

  1. A physical site address is needed to administer a search. For example, 1234 Main Street, Oakland, CA 94603.
  2. Check if the physical site address is within our jurisdiction by clicking CUPA-jurisdictions.pdf.  Many cities within Alameda County are not part of ACDEH CUPA's jurisdiction. Please contact that city's CUPA to review their records.
  3. Public records are available for review at our office located at 1131 Harbor Bay Parkway, Alameda, CA 94502 by appointment only on Thursdays and Fridays from 9:00 am until 12:00 noon.
